LISCR FC have been hit with injury blow after Sam Jackson was ruled out for two weeks with pulled muscles in the leg.
The forward has been unable to train with Shipping Boys since arriving from Barracks Young Controllers early in November. Jackson was due to begin training with Tapha Manneh’s side after the national team’s game with Zimbabwe on Sunday. However, the injury sustained from the national camp means Tapha Manneh will have to do without his new boy for the club’s CAF Confederation Cup clash away at USM Bel Abbes.
Meanwhile, doctors have confirmed that Jackson might recover before the two weeks period which means he might be available for the return leg in Monrovia on December 5.
